FIXING A 2010 MACBOOK AIR | Replacing the Battery | Changing the SSD | Installing GNU/Linux !

I’ve had this old 2010 Macbook Air laying around my house with a swollen battery for a long time now, and so I thought it was about time I fixed it and helped to breathe some life back into it.

In this video I replace the battery, swap out the original 60GB proprietary SSD for a 500GB M.2 mSATA SSD (with an adapter) and then go through installing a couple of GNU/Linux distributions.
